General Terms:

• By using the eVoucher, users agree to the following terms and conditions, including any updates or modifications. This policy governs the use of the eVoucher balance and its conversion into a bonus.

Balance Conversion:

• Only the paid value of the eVoucher and the earned store cash balance are eligible for conversion into a bonus.
• The bonus amount will be equivalent to the paid value and earned store cash balance, and must be used before the original expiry date of the eVoucher.
• Any unused bonus after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
• If a merchant exits the TOTL platform, any unused voucher balance associated with that merchant will be converted into a Bonus.
• Only the actual paid value of the eVoucher will be eligible for redemption as a Bonus. If the redeemed value exceeds the paid value, no balance will be transferred as a Bonus.
• The Bonus must be used in accordance with the eVoucher’s original expiry date, after which any remaining amount will be forfeited.
